GENERAL TERMS OF USE

You may use these files for PERSONAL USE ONLY. File sharing and commercial use of these files and derivatives are not allowed. You cannot resell the files, designs nor the finished printed product(s) nor derivatives arising from parts thereof. All rights reserved by Bird’s Party. You cannot alter, remove, nor change the graphics and designs in any way. All misuse is a criminal offence.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We only sell and work with printable design templates. We do NOT print any products. ALL products are emailed to you in PDF format to your email provided at the check out - You simply download them, print and cut. Download instructions are given with each purchase.

 

All files are password protected and you will not be able to edit them after purchase, unless it is an editable file. Files are designed for home printing mainly, or you may also drag and drop the PDFs onto a USB key or similar device for printing at a professional printers. Since files are password protected, you will not be able to email them to the printers nor upload them online.

 

To open, edit (where applicable for certain products) and print you use FREE © Adobe Reader software: http://get.adobe.com. ALL files have an expiry of 12 months from the date they are sent. After which date, you will not be able to view your PDFs. All our printable invitations contain a copyright mark that cannot be removed. This small mark is also visible on some printables, which may be distributed to third parties such as favor bag labels or candy wrappers.

 

A list of materials needed and printable instructions are given with each PDF file you purchase. Files can ONLY be opened in Adobe Reader. Files are password protected and will NOT open in any other programs. MAC COMPUTER USERS: The default PDF reader program that came with your computer called “Preview” will not work properly.  Please ensure you only use Adobe Reader to opening all PDF files.

 

Please note that there may be variations in colour between on-screen product images and actual printed files, due to different PC monitors and your printer’s color saturation settings. Bird’s Party is not responsible for such variations that result.

 

You will NOT be able to modify any of the printable templates (designs nor text) after purchase. In some cases, where editable fields are provided, you’ll only be able to add text in Adobe Reader.

 

Any products listed as “editable” allow YOU to add text to designated editable fields (shown in blue on the PDF document) using FREE © Adobe Reader software. Please note that default font type, size and style is set by us and CANNOT be changed, and files can only be edited at time of printing, as Adobe does not allow you to save edited files.  For customisation of text by us, please ask for a quote.

 

Any customizations to existing designs and products NOT mentioned in the product listing page (including colour changes or text  - however small it may seem to you) incurs an additional fee. Please ask for a quote in advance.

 

PAYMENT & PRODUCT DISPATCHING

All product prices are in US Dollars and we accept payment via Paypal. If you do not have a paypal account you can still use your credit/debit card through Paypal. If you need help, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

 

Items can only be dispatched upon receipt of payment in full and in advance. Items already listed in the shop are emailed to you in PDF format within 72 business working hours -  You will receive email confirmation when your order has been dispatched. A rush order (24hr) service can be provided upon request and subject to time availability. This service is charged on a per job basis.

 

We do NOT ship printed items nor any other products by conventional mail. We do NOT post any products. All products are dispatched by EMAIL only as PDF files and digital templates to the email you provide at the check out. Custom orders that are NOT currently available in the shop will take longer to be processed. Please ask for turnaround times before placing your order.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

The time it takes to complete and dispatch custom orders may vary depending on the items and the party themes required, so please ask at the time of ordering for more information. Proof will be provided where appropriate for custom orders. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accuracy. Your custom order will only be placed and guaranteed for the required date once full payment is received. When a custom listing page is set up for you, a URL link will be emailed to you for payment.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Each item we sell is a unique printable item and as such, we do NOT give refunds nor exchanges, under any circumstances. All sales are final, and Bird’s Party is NOT responsible for accessibility issues of files after purchase - It is the customer’s duty to ensure they have all the functional equipment and software needed for viewing, printing and cutting all the printables and PDF documents prior to purchase. We will do our best to make your buying experience satisfactory in every way. Please contact us if you are not entirely satisfied.
